Ever wanted to create your own Franken-Toy (like something from the Island of Misfit Toys)? Now’s your chance! Pick up a form starting September 9 for complete rules and instructions to participate in our first annual Franken-Toy Parade. Use parts of toys, dolls, craft supplies, and hardware to create your unique Franken-Toy. Submit your creation between September 16 and September 30. Toys will be on display at the library from October 2 through November 1. All ages.
