The Cook Memorial Library Riverside StoryWalk® is the product of a collaboration between the Library, the La Grande Parks and Recreation Department, and the La Grande Public Works Department. It is located along the Greenway Trail at Riverside Park in La Grande.

Eastern Oregon University (EOU) Reading Clinic’s mission is to partner with families across Eastern Oregon to ensure every child becomes a confident, capable reader. The clinic works to bridge the literacy gap in rural areas by offering free high-dosage tutoring, expert training for teachers, and support for caregivers through science-of-reading-based practices.
